Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the ordered product, you have the right to return the purchased item within twenty-one (21) days from the date of delivery in its original, unopened packaging. If you return the product within this period, we will refund the purchase price in the original payment method.

If any part of the product arrives in a damaged condition, we will replace it free of charge. If the box is damaged or torn during shipping but the card remains intact, we will replace the box.
